Home Counties catering company Fingers & Forks was created by acclaimed chef Kevin Cadman in 2012.
After cutting his teeth earning a Chef’s Diploma and garnering experience in esteemed French Michelin and Relais Chateau restaurants, Kevin’s career sent him all over the globe to cook for private, celebrity and corporate clients across Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
After returning to the UK, Kevin then built up a local reputation as Executive Head Chef of Eventuate Limited – a premium catering company based in Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire.
With the assistance of his hand-picked team of hospitality professionals, Kevin creates vibrant, delectable, carefully crafted food and events which delight clients and guests: dish after dish.
The Fingers & Forks production kitchen is based above the Stonor Valley in the Chiltern Hills, close to Henley-on-Thames and we believe strongly in supporting local growers and suppliers. We also pride ourselves on our commitment to sourcing as many of our ingredients as possible from local producers, including lamb reared in the Chilterns, Cotswold dairy produce and the finest English artisan cheeses. We place a very high ethical value on sustainable and seasonal produces and endeavour to develop menus as seasonally as possible and with minimal impact to the environment and community around us.
